Equipod Device Warranty Information

The manufacturer’s warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser of a product purchased through an authorized UK retailer.

EquiPod is the only authorized UK retailer.

Products purchased from any other UK seller, reseller, marketplace, or unauthorized retailer are not eligible for warranty support from us, regardless of whether the product is new or unused.

If you purchased your product from an unauthorized seller, your warranty claim will be declined. Any rights or remedies you may have are against the retailer or seller from whom you purchased the product. You should contact that seller directly to request any available repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under the terms of your purchase and any applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

We are unable to provide manufacturer’s warranty service for products supplied by unauthorized UK sellers.

If you are uncertain whether a retailer is authorized, please verify with us before making your purchase. Purchasing from an unauthorized seller is done at the buyer’s own risk in relation to manufacturer warranty coverage.
